But the former American Idol champion will not be giving her two children any more siblings.

The 34-year-old has revealed she is "thankful" she's had her fallopian tubes tied to ensure she won't be having any more kids in the future.

Her husband Brandon Blackstock has also undergone a vasectomy.

She told Extra: "I am super thankful I'm never going to be pregnant again.

"I have my beautiful children and I'm done!"

As well as being mum to River, 2, and six-year-old Remington, Kelly is also stepmother to her husband's children, Savannah, 14, and Seth, 11 .

The star admitted it can be tough to balance her large family as well as her work commitments.

She said: "We're still working on [the balance].

"It's pretty hard, being a working mom - I'm not gonna lie - but it's worth it for not only my little girls, but our boys to see women working and still being able to do that and accomplish being a great mom, which I feel like I'm doing...I think it's worth it definitely."

She added: "I have a great teammate with my husband. He will definitely reel me in when I'm like, 'It's all going down, we're losing it!'"

Kelly recently opened up about her tough pregnancies, revealing that things got so serious she was hospitalised.

She said: "Nausea is for weak people. It was, like, hospitalisation. It's, like, bad. I had the worst pregnancies ever.

"I would end up in the hospital, dehydrated. People had to come to our house and I'd be on fluids.

"Apparently that's what it takes to make amazing babies, because they're both stellar. We've made them and it's done."

Kelly has previously spoken about her desire to give River a sibling, despite her difficult first pregnancy back in 2013.

She revealed: "I thought, I wanted another little buddy [for River].

“I didn't want a kid to just be an odd man out because I felt like that a lot. I wanted her to have somebody her age, like when we're travelling.”

And so I thought, 'OK, we'll just do it again.' I was like, 'There's no way it can happen again,' but it was worse. Remi's pregnancy was worse than River's."

As well as tricky pregnancies, Kelly has been open about her struggle to breastfeed.

She has admitted that a thyroid problem meant she couldn’t produce enough milk.

“I actually pumped like crazy, like, 40 ounces a day,” she said.

“Then I just went dry on both pregnancies. For, like, three or four weeks straight, I was crazy. I was like, ‘I’m a rock star!’”
