Review of the Tanix TX8 mini – A TV Box with Amlogic S912 and android 6.0

The Tanix TX8 mini is one of the latest TV Box of the Tanix, with the latest CPU Amlogic S912 and installed android 6.0.

Design

The Tanix TX 8 mini comes with the usual square box, in white. Features an external antenna for better receiving the WiFi signal. At the back we can find the AC port, HDMI port, SPDIF, Ethernet. On the side has 3 x USB 2.0 ports, which support U DISK and USB HDD and for TF card whicg can take cards up to 32GB. In the front area there only a led, indicating if the TX8 mini is ON or OFF. Hardware

The Tanix TX8 mini is equipped with the latest Octacore Amlogic S912 with ARM Cortex-A53 CPU clocked up to 2GHz (DVFS). The S912 is a high performance 64bit chipset.
